ATTENDANCE CRITERIA

Members are appointed by their Hui Amorangi. Guidance is offered to provide balance as houses, gender and voice for rangatahi. All members are required to register. Registrations close 4 August.

Observer spaces will be limited by capacity and, if exceeded, will be accepted on a first-in, first-serve basis with regard given to a balance of Hui Amorangi and priority given to official guests.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation for members will be allocated through the office of Te Hui Amorangi ki te Tairawhiti. We prefer Hui Amorangi stay together but for exceptional circumstances alternative accommodation can be sought by prior arrangement where necessary and at your own expense. Members are welcome to arrange their own accommodation at their own expense. Please advise if you wish to make your own arrangements.

TRAVEL

Travel for members is being organized through your own Hui Amorangi. This information will be provided to the Runanganui Team in due course. Transport between venues will be provided.
